Interview

Interviews are initially held with a front line/Assistant Manager. 2nd Interviews held with the Assistant GM. The General Manager conducts final interviews, for approval/onboarding. For management roles, corporate approval is required.

Straight forward. Asked me basic bar knowledge. Are you comfortable with high volume, are you a team player etc. it’s a standard service industry interview! If you know your craft you should not have any issues in the interview!

It was really chill. They wanted to make sure I was a good person and have the right intentions. I talked to assistant GM then GM, and got hired the next day.
