two interviews. first with HR then senior management. Senior management is also ownership (in most cases) which is nice so you can interact early on in the process with the decision makers.

Very unorganized. Took over a month from first interview to hire. Many red flags in hindsight specifically regarding senior management. Very unethical rapport and unprofessional. Good luck explaining on future interviews why you worked there. On the interview they bragged how prestigious they are but in reality imperial is a slumlord.
