Interview
First I did a phone interview and then I was selected for a second interview. The phone interview was very simple and short. I read some reviews and decided not to attend the second in-person interview. The company should not advertise this position as a marketing position if it is mostly or entirely sales-based. The job postings are very misleading and they seem to have a few very negative reviews, which made me rethink my decision.

Interview
The process leading up to the interview was good and the hiring manager exchanged sent out a lot of emails/calls. Impera is a small business which is expanding and they were upfront with the work.
They had a hierarchy and promotion chart which was good to look at during the interview. They don't give the best description of what is going on but do tell you what kind of work you will be doing. Apparently their clients include Walmart.
