The first interview was with one of the founders and another employee. The founder made no effort to interact and kept talking to someone else in the room he was in and looking at his phone the whole time. They told me I’d hear something within a few days and that they liked my profile and wanted to give feedback to all candidates asap. I sent two emails over the following two weeks and never heard anything until I saw the position open again on LinkedIn. Very weird vibes from the beginning and kind of rude
