When I confirmed my interest in proceeding, he abruptly redirected me to a colleague—who never followed up. Upon chasing, I was told they were prioritising candidates with specific industry experience. Interestingly, over a year later, the position remains unfilled. When I later mentioned that -after an initial audit to see if I'd be a good match- I have some feedback on their marketing performance, he expressed strong interest in receiving it. However, after I shared the insights, I received no response.
