Immensus Associates interview questions

I was invited for an interview with CEO. At the reception they give you form with questions like what's motivate you etc. Then I had a conversation with CEO and on my questions is there is a flat salary or only commission based, she answered there is flat rate plus commission however the job description sad only commission. She couldn't answer me what exactly the salary is. The interview went really fast and I didn't get much information about the job.
