      I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Imago Dei in Sep 2009

      Jobs are usually posted online. Application is filled out and resumé sent in with samples of your work. If work is of quality desired, then an interview is set up where you show your portfolio or samples of work in person. You might be offered a position on a temporary basis as independent contractor to test your on the job skills.
