I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Imagine Learning in Jul 2021
Interview
With exception to the "ghosting" after the last round of interviews, the overall process was positive and followed a traditional path: screening, 1st/2nd interview, followed by a panel interview.
All that said, any high opinion I held of the people or the company went right out the window at the end. It's not difficult respond with a simple "we've decided to move forward in a different direction." Instead, the hiring manager thought it best to cut off all communication.
When a person in business tells me that they will follow up, that's my expectation. And when they fail to follow through, deliberately, it tells me a lot about who they are and how they conduct business.
Interview ghosting may be a trend within the corporate world but make no mistake, it's rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Imagine Learning
Interview
The First step is an Interview screen with an outside recruiter that’s recorded. That is sent to the hiring manager for review and determination of next interview steps. The recruiter screen interview was mostly a conversation about what I had done in my past roles, not very many specific questions and the recruiter was very nice. However, I never heard from them again after the recruiter screen.
