Interview
Did a digital interview first, then a phone interview followed by an in person interview and finally an interview with the COO. I enjoyed the digital interview but can see how it could make you nervous if you aren’t used to it. Super nice people and good situational questions. They have a great mission driven company culture and are serious about making sure they hire positive people who want to help kids.

(3) interviews - 1) screening interview, 2) interview with hiring manager, 3) team presentation interview. Then, ghosting. I placed repeated calls and sent emails - all of which resulted in no response.
