We discussed my previous projects and problem-solving approaches. I was given a coding challenge to solve on the spot, testing my practical knowledge. The interviewer also explored my familiarity with various backend technologies and best practices. Finally, we talked about my career goals and how they align with the company's vision. It was cool and casual. The interviewer was very professional and asked all questions according to a questionnaire provided by the company. The whole process was had no stress inducing elements.
