Interview
You first get a phone interview. Then you are invited for on-site interview with admin/HR (this compnay does not actually have HR). Before the actual interview takes place, there is a skills test; i.e. MS Word & Excel, cross checking & define industry terminologies. The admin/HR person will check/score the test(s) before coming in to finally conduct the interview. If it all goes well, you will be referred to meet with the CEO/Preside for the final interview.

Question 1
Most questions are specific to the position/past work experience. "Can you work overtime?" is repeated a few times. "Do you need to leave early to pick up your children?" ... I later found out this question is actully illegal.
The interview was fairly straightforward, but they made it clear there was no room for negotiation on salary. It seemed like compensation was one of their deciding factors. I was out of a job and took the offer.
