Appian Technology Consultant - Remote Two rounds in total, one technical (first) round and one culture evaluation round. Both are 30-minute (scheduled) shorter meetings, each with two interviewers. I did not pass the culture round. Some recruiters later told me that they are very specific about whom they are looking for. I suppose that they have a rather strict filter on value alignments, hence the term "culture evaluation" instead of "behavioral".
