Very responsive at the early stages and always available, after first interview which went well, no more news on next steps. Ignored my many calls and emails. Clearly client went in different direction, which is absolutely fine but have the guts to give feedback or any communication. To blatantly ignore/avoid is unacceptable. And from a director of Ignata. Would not recommend and would definitely never look for staff through Ignata
