The interview process was interactive and seamless. I interviewed a year before accepting the internship offer. I was driven to accept the offer after a friend of mine and a very fulfilling experience with Ideasmyth.

I was emailed a set of questions, which I responded to and emailed back. Then I was asked to do a Skype interview. During the interview process, conversation is light with questions about my background and knowledge of Ideasmyth as a company.
