Below average candidate experience start to finish. Everything felt very rushed, yet they never provided any feedback after the on-site interview or a rejection notice. They booked 3 final round interviews back-to-back, so the Talent Acquistion Manager (who does not even have his LinkedIn profile updated to show he works at Ideal Tridon which has been over a year) was rushing you out.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel this situation warrants one. In March I applied to a TA Specialist role at the location in Auburn Hills as I was soon to relocate from Wisconsin to Michigan. I was contacted for a video interview, which went well. They asked me to come to MI for an interview person. They knew I was coming from WI and would be making a 6-hour drive each way and paying for my own accommodation, which I was fine with.
I had the in person interview with the HR Director which I thought went well. He let me know I should have feedback by end of week.
I waited until over the weekend to follow up. No response. Followed up again, no response.
It was extremely disheartening to drive 12 hours total and spend $200 of my hard earned money on a hotel to be ghosted. I fear this shows how they feel about their applicants and employees. It’s been months and I still haven’t heard a word.
