You have a one on one interview with either the manager or an assistant manager. They ask really basic interview questions. It's really brief. They don't really ask for any information about about their company.
Straightforward and easy, staff seemed nice, the company seemed to be as expected, the benefits seemed okay, the job itself seemed fine, the person interviewing me seemed really friendly and kind

Interview
I was called in for an interview and they asked me a few general questions and I answered them. It was a simple process and the manager was nice. The building is well kept and the atmosphere was inviting.
