Their recruiter went on and on about how much he valued honesty and openness and that I should interview them as much as they interviewed me only to ghost me.

Interview
I had an initial interview with an HR recruiter and was told I had advanced to the second round and should send my availability. I did so immediately, but never received a response despite two follow-ups. The lack of communication felt unprofessional, unnecessary and left a disappointing impression of the company.
