ITOCHU International interview questions

I had about 3 rounds of interview with different members of the team. Majority of the members of the legal group are American and do a variety of functions. The interesting thing about the interview is that the there is clearly a lack of transparency between the rest of the org and the legal team. I asked a few questions, even about the next steps and some would say they did not know--not necessarily uncommon but I can tell the head of Legal who is Japanese may not communicated as much or well with the team. Could be an interesting work enviornment. Never heard back on the last round.

Began with first-round phone screening, the conversation was very pleasant and lasted almost an hour. A month later I had two back to back video interviews with 4 HR team members total– 1 MD, 2 managers, 1 associate. Everyone who interviewed me ended up being people whom I worked with very closely during my internship.
