Started with GD round Two interview rounds: 1 technical and 1 HR based, mainly around real life marketing concepts, case studies and guestimates. HR interview was chill. Prepare marketing concepts like 4P, STP and CCD thoroughly with practical life examples. Be prepared for cases.

This company came to our college to fill the position of Marketing Intern. In the process of selection they asked the applied candidated to do a survey for 10 days within and in the surrounding areas of the city. They even had an app to store the data that we get from Survey. After 10 days the interview process started. There were 2 rounds of on campus interview and 2 rounds of, in the office interview which is located in hyderabad. It takes app. 14 hrs to travel from my city. I got selected and i went to hyderabad to attend further rounds. 2 of my friends got selected and they sent offer letter to them. I got a call from HR saying that i have to attend another immediately, that is the very next day. I even asked her that it takes 14 hrs for me to come to hyderabad, can you please arrange it online or please extend the time of interview. She said that it's not her problem and if i don't attend then she will cancel my candidature. So immediately I started to Hyderabad. I attended that round and HR asked me to leave, and said that she'll give the feed back within 1 week. I waited for 1 month and didn't hear back. I even called her and also sent an email. She didn't respond as if she don't care for others. It's Ok if I didn't get selected. But it will be completed and satisfied if i receive a feedback. I know that they can't followup each and every candidate. But She contacted me 5 to 6 times in the whole process. I have been nice to her and followed what she said. It is her responsibility to atleast respond to my mail or call. Worst HR I have ever seen and she don't deserve to be a HR. This is not the way to deal with Freshers or Students.
