It was a video interview with a single interviewer. There are two phases to the interview and I didn't pass to the next level. But the interviewer had mentioned that a panel of senior management would conduct the second phase of the interview. The interview questions for the first phase were pretty straightforward. I was asked to introduce myself and my professional history. They then moved on to some behavioural interview questions. I thought the interview ended rather abruptly and felt from the very beginning that they weren't actually interested in the hiring process to begin with. I was told by the interviewer that I'd hear from them in a week about the next stage but I received an email later informing me I hadn't qualified to the next phase.
