Interview
Both fun and serious. Expect to be there for over an hour and speak with multiple people. Dress to impress and expect to shoot a basketball. Remind yourself what makes you fun, unique, and a good team player. Knowledge of professional sports is a huge plus.

I applied on indeed on their company site, and attached my cover letter and resume. I was contacted only days after about setting up a phone interview, which was pretty stress free and involved all the classic questions you'd expect to hear. She told me a little more about the job, how many days a week it would be and what hours, and went over what would happen at the internship.
