Very strange questions they ask at candidates with more than 2 years of experience: why did you study..., how were your results in high school!!! What did your husband study and were does he work and what is his function, What did your parents do? Do you have brothers or sisters? How old are your children and what do they do? All these questions have nothing to do with the function and they admitted it but still wanted the answers. They are also illegal in Belgium.
