I firstly interviewed with the company recruiter. I was then interviewed by the hiring manager. I felt the interview went well but heard nothing and was completely ghosted. When I asked for an update I was ghosted once again. It is absolutely disgusting and says a lot about the company. All it takes is a simple courtesy phone call or email which would take 2 mins and would certainly go a long way to improving the company reputation.
Zwei Online-Gespräche mit wechselnden Teilnehmern. Einmal etwas zwischen Tür und Angel mit dem direkten Vorgesetzten und anschließend ein zweites, sehr offenes und angenehmes Gespräch. Zwischendurch musste noch ein Persönlichkeitstest abgelegt werden, auf den leider kein direkter Bezug genommen wurde.

First contact by email and then first interview with HR. Second interview was with the Program Manager who wanted to know more about previous experience. Third interview with head of department However after these 3 interviews I have never heard about any of them. I sent emails without any answer
