I was scheduled for a zoom interview shortly after I sent my resume in. It was the most bizarre interview I have had! The HR person literally talked the entire time about how much she loves the company and it's benefits. I then asked her about the specific job qualifications and she knew very little. She explained to me that part of the job I was applying for has been with a contractor and she didn't know why that person didn't want the job. Red flags! THEN, I had to ask her if she wanted to know anything about me. She said yes, so I talked about my background and why I thought I was qualified for the job. After that, I had to ask her if she had any questions for me. She then went down the standard list of how do you handle difficult people, etc. I felt like I had conducted my own interview. I never heard back from her, not even the blanket e-mail saying I wasn't selected. I know that I'm a good interviewer because I ended up getting two job offers after that. After reading the reviews here, I am REALLY glad I didn't get it.
It was a straightforward process overall. From the beginning to the end, it was well-planned, and the communication was effective. The hiring manager communicated well throughout the process. I enjoyed the process.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ISPE
Interview
Zoom interview with HR followed by a Zoom interview with Director and then an interview with CEO. The initial screen with HR was almost too easy - I was hardly asked any questions and it was more focused on them sharing information about the company and position. The following interview was much longer and much more in-depth and included a lot of questions about adaptability, working in fast-paced environments, handling stress, and dealing with difficult personalities aka many red flags
