ISO Claims Partners interview questions

Contacted by company Internal Recruiter, Phone Technical Screening, Onsite. Phone Interview was easy and follows resume. Onsite was horrible as almost all the questions asked are not related to the skills and experience listed on my resume. They are all strange questions related to rare specific situations that can be easily find out through googling. They have little interests in find out what you know but only what you do not know. A total waste of my time and money.

There were a few phone calls at the beginning with HR,. Then they invited me for a panel interview. It was very welcoming. The secretary was very nice There were 4 people in the Panel interview, and everyone was seated at a table. It was a good interview
