I applied through university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ISN Software (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2020
Interview
Multiple stages where you answer some of the same questions and all done in a short time. Essentially, you must think quickly more than anything. The final step is a 2 day event where 90% is discussing how great the company is doing and why you should want to work there. At the end of this event, you have a final interview and 2 minutes presentation on a "success story" with a client.
Not worth the time commitment
NOTE: They choose candidates based on whether they like them or not. Your actual qualifications and experience are not particularly relevant. I contrasted this with friends who also applied to the same role
The team members are very nice and make you feel important.

Interview
The interview process was very fast paced and very organized through multiple different interviews as well as getting to know the company and employees. I really enjoyed the entire process and the ISN team truly did an amazing job of preparing the entire process.

Question 1
One question they asked me was tell about a time where I had to utilize my time management skills.
30 minutes. Fast paced. The interviewers were very nice and asked a lot of personal questions. They wanted to know how I fit into the role; Definitely more behavioral than professional

It was sort of like speed-dating. The process was intimidating but everyone was so nice and gave you tips throughout the process. You get interviewed by 7 different people in 7 separate interview. You also have to give a short presentation (they send you the prompt beforehand to prepare).
