Interview
I applied online through my university, got an offer and accepted it. There was a meet and greet the night before the interview as to get to know the candidates. Even though it was somewhat casual, they were definitely interviewing us during that time. The next day, you were in a room with 3 employees, then moved to a room with 1 employee, then to a room with 2 employees. Very highly stressful and you always had to put your best foot forward at all times because they were constantly judging and observing.

Before the 1 on 1 interview, there's a meet and greet where you meet the interviewer and a few of the other candidates to get one another and learn more about the company itself. After your first interview, you will have few more rounds of interviews with higher-up individuals in the company.

Interview
Starts recruiting on college campuses, then you're invited to a meet and greet at a restaurant the night before interviews. The next day was short 1-2 interviews with the recruiters who were at the meet and greet. If you're advanced to the next round you will be sent to their headquarters in Dallas, TX. The interviews there begin with a reception the night before with a lot of the employees and candidates. The next day you are given a schedule for the interview day and have about 5 speed dating interviews along with a short presentation.
