honestly thought it was going well, made it to the final round of the interview process and had lunch with a few people from the company.
SUPPPEEERRR fake vibe even though they pride themselves on "culture". I think something is wrong with their recruiting system bc after being denied a job there, I've had multiple girls reach out wanting me to interview with ISG AGAIN....to top it off one of the girls I had lunch with for the final interview ended up REACHING OUT 3 MONTHS LATER asking me if I wanted to interview with them AGAIN....obviously don't remember who they interview much less care, 10/10 wouldn't recommend this company to anyone ever
The whole interview process was very low-key/chill and not intimidating. I really loved how they go about the process! The last round was going to lunch with employees and it really showed me how great the company culture is.

4-5 step process. Phone interview w corporate recruiter, google meet with team leads, Video assessment, Lunch interview, interview with CEO. Took nearly 1 to two months to complete entire interview process.
