Interview
I went to the hiring event. The process took a couple of hours, due to the waiting, but If you passed the first stage regarding the resume, which was at least 2 years working experience, you were eligible to move forward. I had a 1 minute interview where he described the job and asked if that sounded like something I wanted to do.
Live hiring events are a cattle call. As long as you don't have a felony or on current probation you will most likely get hired. Easy process to get hired.

There's no interview for most grade 5 jobs. They have a assessment that took 15 mins they let you know if you passed through email. Same for clerk jobs. In austin texas
