Interview
Initial 30 min video call with HR IRRAS representatives; HR described the current company stage and future direction. They asked about my experience, leadership style, and the reason why I am interested in IRRAS company.
Fast flow, good atmosphere, and usual questions. Nothing weird nor mean. Just one interview and the offer came in. Not flexible with remote/hybrid work style. Open for salary negotiation but the range is quite small.
