The interview was not difficult and IRON Solutions seems like an amazing place to work full of personality. After I had an immediate call back to meet with the CEO, I was asked to consent to a background and reference check. HR called my present employer using a dial by name directory. I was mortified, my manager was not pleased and my contract was suddenly cancelled a few weeks later. I never heard back until I sent an email following up. They hired someone else and now I am looking for a new job.
