The Assessment Day was fun and had a relaxed atmosphere. It started with a brief introduction, then we had some group activities, after that we had 20 minutes to complete three exercises by ourselves, and finally each one of us was interviewed, in a separate room, by two managers. I didn't feel pressured, on the contrary, people were fun and amicable.
