      Junior Associate Interview

      Dec 8, 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Chicago, IL
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IRI (Chicago, IL)

      Interview

A simple phone screening was then followed by a brief case interview over phone to start. The recruiters were really helpful and definitely made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The final round is an on-site interview consisting of three case interviews. The cases were fairly difficult, but there was one interviewer who was incredibly rude and made the case 10x harder. There are limited spots for the position which was discouraging, but I already felt turned off by the company in the middle of the final round.
