Phone interview. Asked about job history. Why do you want to work here. Asks about how familiar you are with homes (construction, financing) Long and friendly interview. However there were several rounds of interviews.
The process included an initial video interview, a follow-up in person interview plus shadow day, and then a final in person interview with a company executive to finalize the process.

The Zoom call with the recruiter was amazing. Very easy and loved the process of the interview. If the rest of the company are this nice, it will be an easy decision to work here.
