This company reached out to me via LinkedIn to come in for an interview for a different position than the conference producer. After scheduling and completing the interview, with people who seemed to lack any personality, i did their mock project which took ages and I didn't hear from the company for over two weeks. Then I got a call out of the blue saying they went with other candidates for the position but they wanted me to come back in for a second interview for the conference producer role. Again, same lack of personality and was again given a mock task that took a good several hours to complete and again, silence for about a month until I finally got an email stating they chose someone else for the position. Absolute waste of time and energy, TWICE. I first interviewed with them in the beginning of April, it's now July and I JUST heard back. Would not recommend interviewing with this employer if you want your time to be valued.
