This was fairly straightforward - a quick telephone interview and a face to face interview with two of the senior marketing staff. If you're over 35, be prepared for a bit of a shock as you may not come across anyone older than that. The whole office feels like a version of Logan's Run, albeit without Peter Ustinov.
In the face to face interview, be prepared for questions about your experience, how you would go about researching content and the correlation between content and generating leads for the sales team.

Initial phone call, second phone call, and in person interview. After first interview, called next day to discuss then extended invitation to office. Woman who interviewed was nice and even though it wasn’t exactly what I️ was looking for the interview was fine.

A recruitment agent emailed me, found my profile on a job website. We had a phone interview then face to face. I then progressed to an interview with their Marketing Director, and after the first interview was put forward for the second stage. I was offered the opportunity to create a content project, then had a face to face interview to discuss project.
