Starts with an exam. Very basic aptitude questions and allows the use of basic calculators (Not Scientific). The friendly environment along with friendly invigilators during the exam makes the process easy. Second is the primary interview where they ask about you and the company (IPDC) and what you bring to the table for them. There may or may not be a final interview for the candidates.
