I applied through college placements, 1st round was quantitative, verbal and technical aptitude. Then I was selected for 2nd round that was coding round where it was asked to solve two codes. Then the next rounds were 2 technicals and 1 HR. Finally, there was telephonic round too at last.
But the main thing they told in the PPT is that the recruitement process would be taken as 70% of the overall interviews and online exams, and rest 30% from the acedemics including schools and college performances. But, they didn't recruited this way. Immediately they rejected the students after their interview round, not based on their total 70% and 30% evaluation criteria.
