Interview
The interview process was challenging, but very straight forward. INSIGHT's HR recruiter outlined the expectations ahead of time and scheduled a series of behavioral and normal interviews followed by a case study. INSIGHT's HR team was extremely responsive and was quick to provide feedback and guidance after every interview.
The overall professionalism demonstrated by HR and project teams throughout the interview process was impressive, and it was ultimately one of the reasons why I accepted INSIGHT's offer over another firm's.
