Weird one way video with five questions you must record and answer. You also have to take a cognitive test that was very challenging and time consuming. You do all of this and never speak to a human.Asked for feedback and never received an answer.

Interview
The recruitment process is quite long but worth it.
1. You'll get an invitation to a one-way video interview. There were about eight questions. Pretty much just questions to get to know you and what you know about the company.
2. PI Cognitive assessment and PI Behavioral assessment.
3. Excel test. Nothing to stress about. But make sure that you're familiar with Ms. Excel and how to do some basic stuff. Attentiveness is needed.
4. Interview with the Hiring Managers for 30 minutes. In my case, I had the interview with the Team Leaders as well. I was asked to have the interview twice and in each interview, you will be interviewed with two people.

As I have an experience as a CS, they asked me about my experience, the challenges that I faced and how I handled it, and they also asked the achievements that I've achieved both professionally and personally. They also gave me a hypothetical situation and asked me how I would handle the situation. The interviewers were super friendly and they made me feel less nervous during the interview. Nothing to worry about but make sure that you're well-prepared
