After initial one-way video interview, if approved, you will be asked to complete an Excel test where you will share your screen for around 30min with the recruiter during a video call. You will be given the instructions and what needs to be done.

The process begins with an assessment, followed by an interview. However, the interview experience was disappointing, as there was a lack of communication regarding the status of my application. Updates were only provided after I initiated contact via email, at which point I was informed that I had not advanced to the next stage of consideration .
