The process was quite easy. They asked about my experience and my experience as a manager. After I told them about my experience they showed me the labs. I was quite impressed.

Interview
Senior Researchers interview applicants in two steps: 1. Presentation of their work during a meeting where a panel of senior researchers (usually research group leaders) ask a multitude of questions; 2. Private interview with the senior researcher that considers the applicant up to the task/s that they opened the position for.
