The first step is a call with HR. Mine was extremely short, as I was told they had already moved forward with other candidates, but that if they didn't hire any of those people they would reach out to me. About two weeks later they reached out to schedule a call with the hiring manager. Despite being told by the hiring manager that they hire people with "exactly" my background and that it was a "pleasure" to meet me, I received a rejection the next morning from a no-reply email. I found the whole experience to be disrespectful and confusing.
