The interview was around 15-20 minutes long, with two artist managers. It was a friendly and professional conversation. They gave me the opportunity to ask questions at the end.

Mostly asking questions about anything included in your cover letter.
The interview process was overall a positive experience. The questions were straightforward, and the interviewers maintained a professional yet friendly atmosphere throughout. There was a clear structure, and communication was efficient, which made the process smooth and manageable.
Pretty straightforward, getting to know each other a bit and after that went into the details of the role and the skills needed. Good experience overall, if you reach the interview stage you’ll very probably get the internship
