the three rounds of interview process is clearly demonstrated on the website but I want to contribute something special and not published: I was asked another two round interviews on top of the three inerview before I finally got the job offer. they are about the managent skills and career potential. so besides the strong background in technique and academics I would like to share that your project management and leading skills, as well as fund raising experiences are also important.
