Motivational and Behavioural. 3 Greenbook level probability qs. 1 Market Making game. This is the penultimate round with a HR Recruiter. Previous rounds included psychometric tests and Hirevue (last question of hirevue is a simple probability question where you have to speak through your workings leading up to the final answer).
Neurolympic games (can find online) then hire vue where really you just have to answer maths question correctly followed by hr interview then final round. Most straightforward maths questions as well as market making games

3x3 square. Probability of starting somewhere moving twice and ending up on an even number.
1st round was neurolympics (reflexes, reasoning, etc...) , 2nd was a one way video question interview consisted of 3 questions 2 were personal and 3rd was probability and after had 1st round interview with hr 45 mins

Interview
It consists of 5 stages, CV plus cover letter, Neurolymics test (cognitive test), one way interview, HR interview (behavioural, market making and quant questions) and incoming in person interview in Amsterdam office.
