Ghosted by HR twice. Rescheduled after reaching out to HR lead. The interviewer throw the template invitation to me without explaining anything about previous no shows. Super easy brainteaser/probability questions. Received rejection letter the next day because "the position is filled". It seems like the interviewer is just going through the motions, so she probably won't be held accountable for not showing up.
Neurolympic games (can find online) then hire vue where really you just have to answer maths question correctly followed by hr interview then final round. Most straightforward maths questions as well as market making games

Question 1
3x3 square. Probability of starting somewhere moving twice and ending up on an even number.
1st round was neurolympics (reflexes, reasoning, etc...) , 2nd was a one way video question interview consisted of 3 questions 2 were personal and 3rd was probability and after had 1st round interview with hr 45 mins

It consists of 5 stages, CV plus cover letter, Neurolymics test (cognitive test), one way interview, HR interview (behavioural, market making and quant questions) and incoming in person interview in Amsterdam office.
