Pretty smooth, takes a lot less to get to final round, but that means in final round there is a lot less room for sloppiness than other final rounds. Not sure about the Neurolympics nonsense, they make you do another variant of it also just before final round to they clearly think its valuable!
I can only really recall the penultimate round, which was with a recruiter who gave a mixture of behavioural/motivational questions and then some sort of stand-alone probability questions. Generally a good experience.

Question 1
Standard behavioural/motivational questions, and then some basic probability questions around dice rolling, I believe.
Generally very nice, a lot of probability and expectation problem. First it was a OA and then 2 rounds with traders. Also a betting game on game results. Final round was with two trader and a bit harder.
HR round with 1 technical EV question, second round was a brainteaser and sports betting game with odds, final round was game theory question and another question related to the order book
