I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IMC Trading (Amsterdam) in Sep 2015
Interview
Interview for the Amsterdam Office. First intervie. w with HR, 20min brief talk about CV, "why you do you want to work for IMC?" etc.
Second interview was with a trader via Skype. One hour, purely quantitative questions on maths and probability. Also some short questions about IMC, "what do you think we do?", "how do you think IMC makes money?". First question was a short function taking two input parameters, written in Matlab or R, and you had to figure out what the function did.
