4 rounds:
1) Online Assessment - just some probability and game theory
2) Video Interview - recorded interview, 3 behavioural and 2 technical questions
3) Phone Screens - Technical review and company fit
4) Super day
Overall easy process, would recommend going over basic probability questions and game theory. For the behavioural part, covering questions that answer your interest in trading is useful.
OA followed by some one sided interview and interview with trader. OA is somewhat standard in the industry and the one way and interview with trader aren't too difficult, just need to think quick

I applied online. I interviewed at IMC Trading (Sydney) in Mar 2023
Interview
First there was test. It was quite long then a video interview was conducted. I was asked to tell about my self in 90 second and why I am. Interested in this role
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IMC Trading in Oct 2022
Interview
Did an online assessment (wasn't too hard, but had some tricky questions), then had a phone call with a recruiter. Had a phone call with a trader scheduled but it got cancelled because they were about to meet demand for the role. Very disappointing.
